When stock arrives, everyone subscribed to the alert is notified at the same time.

If demand exceeds the quantity restocked, the product may be sold out again by the time you visit.

We therefore recommend acting quickly when you receive the email to maximise your chances.

1. Initial unlocking:

• The lock’s default code is 0-0-0. To open it, make sure all three dials are aligned at 0-0-0.

2. Changing the code:

• With all three dials aligned at 0-0-0, find the small reset button on the side of the lock.
• Press this reset button with a pointed tool, such as a pen, until you hear a gentle click, then turn the dials to set your new unlocking code.
• Push the large release button until you hear a click. Your new code is now saved.

3. Locking:

• To lock the bag, clip the zip pulls into the lock’s slots.
• Then turn the combination dials randomly to secure the lock.

4. Unlocking:

• To open the bag, align the dials with the unlocking code you set.
• Press the large release button to open the lock.

Backpacks with a USB charging port have an internal compartment specially designed to hold a power bank. To use this feature, follow these simple steps:

1. Insert your power bank: Place your power bank in the dedicated compartment inside the backpack.

2. Connect the power bank: Plug the USB port’s internal cable into your power bank.

3. Use the external USB port: Once connected, you can easily charge your electronic devices, such as a phone or tablet, using the USB port on the outside of the bag.

Important: We do not build a power bank into our backpacks, to help you avoid potential airline restrictions. Use your own power bank to enjoy this feature fully.

Our backpacks have compartments specially designed for laptops. Some models fit laptops up to 15.6 inches, while others accommodate laptops up to 17.3 inches.

However, 17-inch laptop dimensions can vary by brand and model, particularly in thickness. If a bag is shown as suitable for laptops up to 17.3 inches, it will fit the vast majority of 17-inch laptops, although there may be rare exceptions for particularly bulky computers.

We recommend checking the backpack dimensions on the product page and comparing them with your laptop. A fit that is too tight could compromise your device’s protection. These cases are rare and mainly involve models with very thick edges.

No. Our bags’ TPU coating provides effective water resistance for journeys in the rain. They are suitable for everyday wet conditions, but prolonged exposure to heavy rain should be avoided. Heavy rain over a long period could allow water to enter through seams or zips.

1. Use a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water and a little mild soap.

2. Gently clean sensitive areas, such as zips, handles and locks.

3. Rinse with a clean cloth, then wipe carefully.

4. Allow the bag to air-dry completely in a dry place before putting it away.

When travelling, use alcohol-free wipes to clean contact areas. Never use abrasive or alcohol-based products.

We select only partners able to meet high standards of quality, ethics, durability and industrial reliability. These workshops are regularly inspected to ensure responsible manufacturing conditions that meet our standards.

Why not manufacture in France?

Modern technical bag manufacturing relies on industrial expertise that has developed over decades and is now mainly concentrated in Asia. At present, no facility in France can produce our bags with the same technical capability, consistency and volume while maintaining a reasonable price.

We have researched and tested manufacturing solutions in France. Although the craftsmanship was excellent, industrial and economic constraints would have meant selling an equivalent bag for around £900, with no additional benefit for the end user.
